Also, responsible for the collection during Mass, of donations from the congregation that are brought up at the Offertory. Role: This is an important and very helpful Ministry. They begin and end the celebration of the Eucharist by leading the procession. The priest relies on the Altar Servers to assist him during the weekend Masses. The Coordinator of this Ministry prepares schedules three times through the year.

Extraordinary ministers of the Eucharist
Role: We are called to share the presence of Christ with our brothers and sisters. We assist during Mass with the distribution of the Eucharist, Body and Blood, and if one is willing, to periodically take Communion to parishioners who are homebound or in hospital. The Coordinator of this Ministry prepares schedules three times through the year.

READERS/LECTORS:
Role: God is present in the Sacred Readings and through this ministry effective communicators give voice to God's Word. The Co-coordinator of this Ministry prepares schedules three times through the year.

Role: Caretakers of the Sacristy, Sanctuary, Sacred Vessels and the Candles. They prepare all the necessary items, books, vessels and linens, for the celebrations of weekday, weekend and funeral Masses. They attend to the opening and locking of the Church.

Pastoral Care is the unconditional caring response to meeting the spiritual needs of the lonely, the shut-in, the grieving, the imprisoned, the sick and the dying. Pastoral Care volunteers bring Christ’s healing presence, peace and comfort through listening, praying and bringing of the Eucharist to those unable to attend Mass.
